Reporting jointly to the Branch Manager and theArea Managerof Maintenance, the Shop Foremanis responsible forthe safe and systematic operation of a multi-bay maintenance facility. The incumbent will supervise 310T and 310S Licensed Mechanics, non-licensed mechanics,apprenticesand other shop employees. The Foremanis responsible forplanning the day-to-day preventative and post incident repairs of a large fleet of commercial vehicles, diagnosing and assigning all repairs for mechanical issues and problems discovered in various commercial School Buses and civilian class vehicles. The Foreman will be an expert within their trade, a strong communicator and willpossessthe ability to lead.
