Sony Pictures Imageworks is seeking a Senior Production Coordinator to join our team in our Vancouver location!Role TypeFull-timeRequirementsHave at least 3 years as a Production Coordinator in VFX Feature Film, CG animation Feature Film, or Game production.Technical and Operational Skills:Have an advanced understanding of the frontend/backend workflow for digital production, specific to Assets, Layout, Animation, CFX, FX, &/or Lighting/Comp teamsHave an advanced understanding of production VFX and CG or Game schedulingHave an advanced understanding of ShotgridBe able to navigate who to speak to for artist queries relating to hardware and software license issuesTracking of shot work and work within bid days and quota targets.Proactively schedule team assignments and flag potential inventory and delivery challengesScheduling and willingness to learn and master all imageworks scheduling & tracking softwareAcquiring resources & elements required to complete shot production within your assigned teamDiffusing inventory challengesAbility to set up sweatbox or review rooms independently, and know who to contact in case of technical issues.
