Wiehler Mechanical Ltd. in Calgary, AB is seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial HVAC Foreman to lead and oversee commercial HVAC projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising job sites, coordinating with project managers and estimators, and ensuring that work is progressing according to schedule and specifications. We provide a tool program and a company vehicle to assist you in your day-to-day.OUR IDEAL COMMERCIAL HVAC FOREMAN:We're Looking For Someone Who Can Manage These ResponsibilitiesOversee and coordinate all HVAC activities on commercial job sitesSupervise, mentor, and support a team of Journeypersons and ApprenticesRead and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure proper installationEnsure compliance with local plumbing codes, safety regulations, and industry standardsSchedule and coordinate work assignments to meet project deadlines and budget requirementsInspect completed work for accuracy, quality, and compliance with project specificationsCollaborate with project managers, contractors, and other trades to ensure smooth project executionMaintain accurate records of work performed,
