This includes managing a portfolio of workplace campaigns, conducting presentations, senior volunteer engagement, supporting a pipeline of donor relations, and exploring new partnership opportunities.Responsibilities:Provide expertise in corporate, employee, individual and/or special events fundraising approachesContribute to strategy development for selection and recruitment of fundraising volunteers. Ensure that they receive appropriate orientation and trainingWork closely with senior/key volunteers to ensure that they remain engaged and motivated; ensure that they are well-prepared for all meetings, calls and eventsDevelop and implement campaign growth goals for assigned portfolio in keeping with the overall campaign objectivesRetain, migrate and grow a portfolio of individual donors giving at the leadership levelBuild, manage and grow a pipeline of new donor prospects, including new business partnershipsDevelop and implement mitigation strategies as necessary to correct sub-optimal fundraising resultsManage assigned temporary campaign staff by providing training, support,



problem solving and assessment of performanceQualifications:2-5 years' fundraising or sales experienceProject management and/or sales and marketing experienceStrong digital literacy, including comfort working across multiple systems and platformsExperience using CRM or donor management systems to support coordination, tracking, and reportingExperience delivering presentations and training sessionsDemonstrated ability to analyze appropriate information for the purposes of problem solving and decision makingDemonstrated ability to influence, negotiate and manage contentious issues to resolutionDemonstrated ability to effectively manage constituent stakeholder relationshipsDemonstrated ability to take initiative and carry projects to completion with minimum supervisionDemonstrated teamwork, interpersonal and stakeholder service skills including the ability to work respectfully and inclusively with a diverse employee population and multiple stakeholdersUnited Way Golden Horseshoe strives to foster a workplace that reflects the diversity of the community it serves and welcomes applications from all qualified candidates.
