The ideal candidate is organized, driven, and committed to delivering exceptional food quality in a quick-paced, high-volume kitchen environment. As a Chef de Partie, you will oversee a specific kitchen station, support junior team members, and ensure all dishes meet Moxies standards for presentation, consistency, and execution.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and execute menu items according to Moxies recipes and standardsManage and maintain a designated kitchen station efficiently during serviceEnsure food quality, portion control, and presentation standards are consistently metAssist with prep, inventory management, and stock rotationMaintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas in accordance with health and safety regulationsSupport training and mentoring of line cooks and junior kitchen staffCommunicate effectively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams during serviceAssist Sous Chefs and Executive Chefs with daily operations and special eventsFollow all food safety, sanitation,
