What You'll Be DoingBusiness Case Development & StrategyIdentify, frame, and size transformation opportunities. Independently diagnosing root causes, assessing strategic relevance, and determining where the organization should invest its energy.Build rigorous, compelling business cases that connect transformation opportunities to business value—covering financial impact, risk, sequencing, and the tradeoffs between growth and profitability.Design internal processes and policies that balance the needs of multiple stakeholder groups, including Finance, Sales, Operations, and Risk, to arrive at solutions that are workable across the organization.Present to and influence senior leadership, securing commitment and resource allocation to fund and execute transformation initiatives.Program Leadership & ExecutionOwn the end‑to‑end delivery of transformation programs, maintaining accountability for outcomes—not just activity—from kick‑off through sustained results.Proactively identify, raise, and resolve risks and blockers—making sound judgment calls independently and keeping programs moving.Coach and support more junior team members on business transformation practices, analytical thinking, and stakeholder navigation—without direct management responsibility.Provide senior leaders with clear, confident updates on program progress, risks, and decisions—with the credibility to influence direction.Cross‑Functional Alignment & Stakeholder ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders and functional partners across Product & Technology, Go‑To‑Market, Operations, Finance, and People teams.Navigate competing priorities and organizational tensions; build consensus, resolve conflict,

These considerations can cause your compensation to vary.
