We're looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to manage and process data and records requests.The work you'll do is more than just a job.Key Responsibilities IncludeResponding to information requests in compliance with legal and policy standardsMaintaining accurate records and databasesCalculating associated costs and preparing invoicesSupporting records storage, retention, and dispositionCollaborating with various internal and external stakeholdersEnsuring accurate classification and redaction of private or not public data.Minimum QualificationsHigh School DiplomaANDTwo (2) years of experience in records management, information classification, releasing information and managing the life cycle of the record demonstrating the following:Knowledge of state statutes, laws, and policies related to data privacy, HIPAA, Protected Health Information (PHI), and the release of informationInterpreting and applying data privacy regulations to ensure compliance and accurate documentationData entry, with the ability to locate, update, and retrieve information from various databasesDatabase navigation and management to support accurate and timely data processingTyping and keyboarding to perform redactions and produce reports, correspondence, and data summaries efficientlyWord processing software to create, edit, and format a wide range of documents and reportsHandling, managing, or processing sensitive medical and/or legal documents with a high degree of confidentiality and accuracyPreferred QualificationsCompletion of a formal education program in a records management-related field such as office administration, medical administrative support,
