In this role, you will be integral in managing Alto’s legal affairs, overseeing Transactions, Development, Litigation, and Ethics & Compliance. Reporting to the Chief Legal & Real Property Assets Officer, you will provide strategic legal advice on complex matters that affect large infrastructure projects and public-private partnerships. Your focus will ensure legal support aligns with business and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the integration of legal functions within Alto
• Advise on infrastructure, environmental, and regulatory issues
• Develop strategic priorities and governance frameworks




• Collaborate with internal teams and external legal partners
• Spearhead ethics and compliance initiatives throughout the organization

Requirements:
• Licensed legal practitioner in Canada with good standing
• 15+ years legal experience, including leadership roles
• Expertise in infrastructure projects and M&A transactions
• Proven ability to navigate complex legal environments
• Effective relationship builder with solid executive presence
