This is ideal for someone with a passion for social media, event coordination,
and storytelling who thrives in a fast‐paced professional services environment.Social MediaSupport the development and posting of content across social channels (primarily LinkedIn and Instagram)Highlight firm updates, team achievements, events, and thought leadershipMonitor-> __ & flag opportunities for brand visibilityAssist in basic reporting on reach, engagement, and content performanceEventsCoordinate logistics for internal gatherings, client events, community initiatives, and firm culture momentsWork with vendors (venues, catering, production) to ensure smooth executionSupport event setup, on‐site coordination, attendee management, and post‐event follow‐upsMaintain the firm's events calendarMarketing & Communications SupportDraft internal announcements, event invites, social captions, and simple promotional materialsMaintain and regularly update the firm's websiteAssist with photo/video capture at eventsKeep shared assets, marketing files, and event materials organizedSupport ad‐hoc marketing projects as neededPrepare and update PowerPoint presentations to support internal and client‐facing needsBranded materials and firm swag – from ideation to executionAbout You1–2 years of experience in social media, marketing, communications, or events (internships included)Strong writing and editing skillsOrganized, detail‐oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at onceComfortable working in a professional servicespartyFamiliarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, Canva, and basic analytics toolsA proactive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever neededReferralsReferrals increase your chances of interviewingtrand at The Leadership Agency by 2x.
