Reporting to the Administrative Specialist, Exams, the Invigilator ensures adherence to University examination rules and supports the testing process. This role requires availability for a minimum of three hours, including varied shifts such as evenings and Saturdays, to accommodate scheduled exams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor students during final exams in gymnasium(s)
• Deliver excellent customer service to all exam participants
• Identify and address potential issues during exams
• Make quick decisions in urgent situations
• Use technology to aid in remote examination supervision
Requirements:
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work while standing for extended periods
• Familiarity with examination policies and protocols
• Flexibility in scheduling and willing to work varied hours
• Experience in a similar role is advantageous
