Job DescriptionSales ManagerRegency Toyota Vancouver, part of Regency Auto, is seeking an experienced, energetic, and results-driven Sales Manager to join our award-winning team.September 04 2026401 Kingsway, Vancouver, BC V5T 3K1The ideal candidate will have a strong automotive sales background, a proven track record of success, extensive pre-owned vehicle experience, and exceptional leadership, coaching, and training skills.Working closely with the General Manager and fellow Sales Managers, you will help oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales department and lead a high-performing team while driving sales, profitability, guest satisfaction, and market share.Key ResponsibilitiesHelp achieve dealership goals related to sales, profitability, CSI, market share, and team performanceLead, coach, train, and motivate Product Advisors while supporting their daily activitiesWork with Product Advisors to appraise vehicles, desk and close dealsPlay an active role in managing the pre-owned vehicle department, including purchasing, appraisals, wholesale, retail, and inventory managementMonitor sales performance and identify opportunities to improve processes and resultsRecruit, onboard, and develop new Product Advisors as requiredMaintain the highest standards of guest satisfaction and customer experienceUtilize social media and digital platforms to promote inventory, vehicle merchandising, engage with potential guests,



and generate sales opportunitiesSupport the Business Office and Delivery Team to ensure a seamless guest experiencePerform other duties as assigned by the General ManagerQualificationsMinimum 5 years of experience in an automotive sales role with proven track record of achieving sales and profitability targetsExtensive experience in pre-owned vehicle operationsStrong leadership, coaching, training, and team development skillsExcellent desking, closing, negotiation, and deal-structuring abilitiesStrong communication and customer service skillsComfortable and knowledgeable with social media and digital platformsAbility to analyze data and draw insights from systems including DMS, vAuto, AutoAlert, social media, and other sales tools; experience with multiple DMS platforms is an asset.Previous Toyota or Lexus experience is an assetValid Class 5 Driver's Licence and VSA LicenceAbility to work wide-ranging shifts, including evenings and weekendsAbout Regency AutoRegency Auto is a family-owned automotive group consisting of Regency Toyota Vancouver and Regency Lexus.
