Select how often (in days) to receive an alert:Administration Support Associate - 6-month ContractDescription: Temporary Full Time-We are looking for an Administration Support Associate.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative and operational support to Senior Underwriters and Underwriting Consultants, ensuring efficient workflow management and timely completion of tasksPrepare, draft, and distribute professional correspondence to applicants, banking partners, and other internal and external stakeholdersMaintain accurate records and documentation within underwriting and reporting systemsAssist with the collection, organization, and review of client and application information to support underwriting decisionsLiaise with internal teams to obtain required documentation and resolve routine inquiriesDemonstrate strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn and navigate recent systems, tools, and processesEnsure all work is completed in accordance with company policies, service standards, and regulatory requirementsContribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance processes and efficienciesQualifications & SkillsStrong administrative, organizational, and time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesHigh attention to detail and accuracyProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and the ability to learn new technologies quicklyAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong customer service mindset and relationship-building skillsPrevious experience in financial services, underwriting, insurance,



or banking environments is considered an assetReliability Status Security Clearance – this can only be completed with candidates who receive an offer of employment. This is a personal security status that is required as a condition of employment before an employee can gain access to Protected B information, assets or work sites as outlined by the Government of Canada website. The cost of submitting these checks will be covered by Canada LifeThis position will be located in the Toronto head office and follows a hybrid work model, with an in-office presence required two days per week.-The base salary for this position is between $45,500 - $61,600 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.E. annual bonus, commission etc).
