This is a non‐unionized position. Reporting to the Operations Superintendent, the Superintendent provides leadership in organizing, coordinating, and monitoring all worksite functions and activities necessary to meet project objectives. Your role includes bidding, planning, and directing daily operations on site. Capture critical items such as work being completed and onsite progress photosEnsure site safety meets Lindsay Construction policy and legislated requirementsPreserve client satisfaction through regular communication and timely responses to inquiriesProvide leadership to the project team on all aspects of the projectWork cooperatively with other project team members, trades workers and subcontractorsJob RequirementsOur ideal candidate has the following:5 years or more in a field supervisory role of medium‐sized commercial construction projectsProficient in coordinating on‐site operations, including interpretation and implementation of drawings and specificationsAbility to work with Lindsay Construction trades employees and subcontractorsAble to communicate in an effective way to all stakeholdersExperience with design‐build, tilt‐up, and wood framing is an assetJourneyman's classification in a skilled trade is an assetMust have a valid driver's license
