including fluid exchanges and oil changesVisual safety and courtesy inspectionsMounting, balancing, rotating, and repairing tiresTesting and replacing batteriesChanging bulbs, belts, and hosesMaintaining and cleaning shop areasOther shop maintenance items as neededQualificationsPrevious tire service and basic automotive maintenance experience preferredKnowledge of shop equipmentStrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsDependable and detail-orientedAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentValid driver's licensePositive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work well as part of a team
