HWN Energy Ltd. is currently seeking to fill the following position: Reports to: Corporate Controller Reporting to the Corporate Controller, and working closely with the Financial Accounting team,



this position is suited to an individual who can operate efficiently and accurately in a high-volume environment. Strong knowledge of oil and gas production terminology and accounting processes, along with effective communication and organizational skills, are critical to success in this role. Responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to: Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements and MD&A in compliance with IFRS, applicable securities regulations, and internal governance standards. Prepare and enhance monthly internal management reporting packages, including analysis of key performance indicators, variances, and operational metrics. Prepare capital expenditure entries including monthly accruals, materials transfers and cost movements. Prepare the monthly capital reporting schedule and variance analysis, comparing expenditures to forecast and budget. Prepare ESTMA, Statistics Canada, and other external filings. Perform
