The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience managing crews, coordinating schedules, and ensuring high-quality workmanship on every project.ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily operations on projects.Be able to take in office measurements and convert to shop drawings using eitherSketchup or CADLead and coordinate installation crews and subcontractors.Schedule materials, equipment, and deliveries to ensure projects stay on track.Conduct site inspections to ensure quality workmanshipRead construction drawings and project specifications.Communicate with homeowners,
