(IHAL) is seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs) to provide hourly in-home nursing care for clients in Belleville Area. If you are committed to delivering safe, high-quality, client-focused care, we would love to hear from you.What You Should KnowLocation: Belleville(patient home1 on 1)Schedule: 2 days per week, 8-10 hour shiftsShift Length: Minimum 4-hour shifts, up to 12 hours depending on client needsWhat You'll DoNursing Care & Clinical SupportProvide skilled nursing care within RN/RPN scope of practiceAdminister medications (oral, injectable, topical)Perform wound care, dressing changes, and skin assessmentsMonitor vital signs and assess changes in client conditionSupport chronic disease management and symptom controlCommunicate health concerns promptly to the Case Manager or healthcare teamDaily Living & Safety SupportAssist with personal care when required (bathing, grooming, toileting)Support safe mobility, positioning, and transfersReinforce safety strategies and fall-prevention measuresDocumentation & CommunicationComplete accurate nursing notes for each visitDocument observations, significant changes, and interventionsCollaborate effectively with families and the interdisciplinary teamCompanionship & Emotional SupportBuild therapeutic rapport with clientsProvide reassurance, active listening, and supportive presencePromote dignity, independence, comfort,
