HireLoft Recruitment is proud to represent a well-established healthcare organization in downtown Toronto in their search for an Accounts Payable Supervisor.This is a leadership role for someone ready to fully own and strengthen the AP function in a multi-entity environment.What You'll Be Doing:Lead and oversee the full AP cycle in NetSuiteSupervise and mentor AP team membersReview invoice coding, approvals, and payment processingOversee vendor reconciliations and aging reportsEnsure robust internal controls and complianceManage escalations and vendor relationships professionallySupport month‐end close and accrual preparationIdentify process improvements and implement efficienciesProtect the organization from financial and operational riskWhat We're Looking For:5–7+ years of progressive AP experiencePrevious supervisory or team lead experience preferredStrong ERP experience (NetSuite preferred)Strong reconciliation, problem‐solving, and accountability mindsetAble to work fully onsite in downtown TorontoDegree or diploma in Accounting or FinanceThis is an opportunity to step into a visible role with real ownership and impact.
