Realstar is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Resident Manager to live on-site at one of our properties. The role requires you to work two weekdays each week, every second weekend, and be on-call during evenings, contributing to smooth operations and resident satisfaction.
You will handle routine building maintenance, prepare apartments for recent residents, and offer exceptional customer service while coordinating leasing activities with the property team.
