You will practice in a supportive Eastern Ontario environment that values interdisciplinary teamwork, utilizing models like the Family Health Organization (FHO) and the Family Health Team (FHT) to provide comprehensive primary care while maintaining an exceptional work-life balance.

• Provide continuous and comprehensive primary medical care to a diverse patient roster across all life stages.


• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses while spearheading preventative health and wellness education programs.


• Collaborate with a robust team of allied health professionals - including nurses and mental health workers - through the FHT framework.


• Manage clinical data and patient charting within modern Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.


• Participate in shared after-hours coverage and regional health initiatives.

• Licensure: Hold an M.D. or equivalent medical degree and be eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO).


• Certification: Certification in the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CCFP) or a recognized equivalent (e.g., ABMS, MRCGP, FRACGP).


• Skills: Strong clinical judgment, excellent interpersonal communication, and a commitment to patient-centered, longitudinal care.


• Advocacy: Ability to act as a primary patient advocate and navigate complex healthcare systems.
