Join the team at Restaurant Aihki in Pyhätunturi!We are looking for a Chef to join Restaurant Aihki for the winter season 2026–2027, as part of Sunday Morning Resort in Pyhätunturi, Finnish Lapland.Restaurant Aihki is known for its high-quality modern Nordic cuisine, where pure, locally sourced ingredients take centre stage. Our restaurant has twice been recognised among Finland's Best Restaurants by Kauppalehti Optio (2022 & 2023, rating 16+).As a Chef at Restaurant Aihki, you will work as part of our professional kitchen team and take an active role in daily food preparation and service. You will work with high-quality ingredients and help ensure that every dish leaving the kitchen meets Aihki's high standards.This position is ideal for a chef with a few years of professional kitchen experience who is looking to develop their skills in a high-quality restaurant environment. Experience in à la carte, fine dining or Nordic cuisine is considered an advantage, but most importantly, we are looking for a professional attitude, a strong team spirit and a genuine passion for great food.Your responsibilities include:Preparing and presenting dishes according to Restaurant Aihki's standardsWorking across different kitchen stations during daily servicePreparing and handling ingredientsFollowing Aihki's recipes, procedures and quality standardsEnsuring the quality, proper storage and rotation of ingredientsFollowing kitchen hygiene, food safety and self-monitoring proceduresKeeping your workstation clean,
