We are seeking a Quality Coordinator / Quality Manager who will play a key role in the management and implementation of quality requirements across our projects.In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring the quality-related activities of one or more projects to ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and organizational requirements.What you will doPrepare, implement, and monitor the Project Quality Management Plan.Manage and verify the compliance of technical documents and quality deliverables.Prepare and maintain all quality documentation required for the project.Analyze non-conformities and recommend appropriate corrective solutions.Track corrective actions through to their complete resolution.Participate in site meetings and support construction teams and subcontractors.Communicate quality requirements to all project stakeholders.Provide training, coaching, and support to teams to promote quality best practices.Serve as a subject matter expert on construction standards, methods, and quality-related practices.Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are achieved.Analyze project risks, quality issues, and opportunities for continuous improvement.This role could be for you if you haveStrong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS)
