Become an essential part of GoodLife Fitness as an Overnight Customer Service Representative. Engage with members and guide them in achieving their fitness targets while promoting a friendly atmosphere.
As a Motivator, you'll be the first associate to welcome members and potential members. This role requires excellent customer service skills as you check in members, answer their questions, and assist them with fitness equipment. Ensuring the club's cleanliness and a protected environment for all during night hours is also vital to your responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and check in members effectively
• Manage phone inquiries and bookings promptly
• Assist members with machine questions and concerns
• Deliver Fit-Fix Starter sessions as needed
• Complete cleaning tasks to uphold standards
Requirements:
• Must possess CPR-A & AED Certification
• Ability to obtain Smart Tan certification within 3 months
• High-quality customer service skills essential
• Familiarity with the fitness industry preferred
• Computer literacy required
