The Deployment Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Field Services Operations through the deployment of team members around the world. In this role, you will support critical day-to-day operations to support planning, organizing, and preparing team members for their deployments to clients' water parks.Please note this is an in-office position, located at our head office in Ottawa, ON, address: 2650 Queensview Dr. Unit #150, Ottawa, ON K2B 8H6.Number of vacancies for this role: 1Your ChallengeCollaborate with the GFS Field Lead and Project Managers on upcoming project needs for manpower and schedulingManage and maintain the deployment schedulesPartner with project management, and customer service to assign field services team members to construction and after-sales projectsSupport the Global Field Services Team and Ride Verification Teams with entry information, visa process and booking travel.Research travel entry and visa requirements to foreign countries.Support team members with visa applications, research and supporting documentsReview and book domestic and international flight and rental car optionsResearch and book travel accommodationsPopulate border and travel documents for deploying team membersUpdate employee files and recordsOversee rewards and recognition program for field team membersReview, update, and format documents for Field ServicesIdentify opportunities for improvements to processes, workflows, and toolsBe the expert in all things travelAll other assigned administrative tasks as requiredWhat You Bring To The RolePost-secondary diploma or degree in related fields of business, travel,
