We are currently hiring passionate Seasonal Guest Experience Representatives to represent Hillcrest Mall. This position is perfect for those who thrive in dynamic environments and possess a keen interest in delivering outstanding guest experiences. Flexibility is key as the role requires availability of at least three days a week, including weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create memorable interactions with guests every day
• Familiarize yourself with mall services and promotions
• Provide assistance and sell the Gift Card PLUS directly
• Offer information and support,



enhancing guest navigation
• Collaborate with Marketing to fulfill service needs
Requirements:
• High school diploma required; relevant post-secondary preferred
• Experience in hospitality or customer service
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong multitasking abilities in a rapid-paced setting
• Physical capability for various customer service tasks
