Publications Specialist - 12 Month ContractReports To : Marketing & Communications Team LeadHours: Full Time: Monday – Friday 8:30 – 5:00 (occasional evenings and weekends)Location: Acton, ON. Hybrid work setting – 4 days in Office and 1 day working from home.Supports the preparation and coordination of Purity Life's promotional publications, ensuring accurate and timely management of product information and data updates. This role involves collaborating with internal teams across departments to maintain consistency and accuracy across retailer communications, while also providing support for email marketing, promotional initiatives, and other marketing activities. Note: This is a temporary role contract covering an employee on leave. A 2-week notice period can be provided by either party if / when the employee returns. However, the 12 Month contract may be extended if required.Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate the production of monthly Catalogue, Specials and Current Listings PublicationsOrganize monthly pricing, deals,



and case stack data for publications through Microsoft ExcelCommunicate with Category Management and Finance Teams to ensure accurate information is being distributed to RetailersWork alongside existing Publications Specialists to ensure consistency and continuity of Grocery PublicationsAssist in data management throughout the integration process of the Grocery DivisionAssist in Email Marketing for the Marketing & Promotions SpecialistCommunication of Clearence files to Retailers through email marketingAssist in coordination of tradeshow marketing, planning, and executionAdditional duties as assignedResult OrientedSkills & RequirementsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and OutlookBachelor's degree / College Diploma in Marketing Administration, Digital MarketingStrong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skillsExperience in copy writingExperience with Monday.Com or similar project management platformFamiliarity with Natural Health products and related Purity Life distributed brands
