In this part-time role, you will manage health care initiatives, focusing on employee safety and wellness in Ontario.As an essential member of the Occupational Health and Safety Team, you'll engage in direct patient care, case management, and health promotion initiatives. Your contributions will support injury treatment, compliance with health regulations, and the facilitation of return-to-work policies, affecting worker productivity and health positively.Key Responsibilities:Provide health care, immunizations, and counselling to employeesConduct assessments for workplace injuries and illnessesMonitor compliance with legislation and health protocolsAdminister mask fit testing and manage health programsKeep accurate health records for all interventionsRequirements:Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario2 to 5 years of relevant occupational health experience preferredStrong computer skills with Microsoft Office proficiencyExperience in a unionized workplace is a plusMust have received at least one COVID vaccine doseContribute to a healthier workforce at TADH, Ontario.
