The Position is responsible for ensuring consistent on-time creation of products that meet all quality standards, satisfies customers, while completing all activities with high regard for the safety of others and oneself.Essential FunctionsResponsible for optimizing production schedules through Cut Rite Program optimizationAssist in the daily flow of information to provide timely communication to the production group with BOM information issuesMust be capable of using engineering drawings to ensure parts are produced to specificationsPopulate routing data into the database systemExtract and analyzing data from the ERP SystemApply database modifications and enhancements to existing reports/systemsCreate routing steps to give proper credit and cost to productsRun JDE/Excel macros to upload routes, notes and supplemental data to partsWork on PRDs to fix data related production issues.Well organized and able to appropriately prioritize tasksFollow MillerKnoll disposal procedures for proper disposal of itemsFollow shop floor controlsEnsure all production,



safety and quality related issues are communicated to the Facilitator or Work Team LeaderFollow all MillerKnoll safety policies and protocolsMaintain a clean, safe, working environment according to 5s principles and department safety guidelinesMaintain and follow the ISO standard operating proceduresParticipate in and contribute to the continuous improvement processAdditional responsibilities as requested by Management to achieve business objectives.Minimum QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
