and safety proceduresLead and perform installation of:Access control systemsIntrusion detection systemsVideo surveillance systemsEntry intercom systemsBuilding automation systemsParking control systemsElectronic locking hardware (electric strikes, magnetic locks, panic hardware)Structured cablingEMT / PVC / Wiremold conduitAutomatic doors, gates, and operatorsIntegrate security systems across platforms as requiredPerform system configuration, software installation, firmware upgrades, and testingWork from ladders, scissor lifts, and boom liftsAttend and participate in site meetingsCoordinate with other trades on active job sitesNetworking / Systems SupportConfigure and support security system networks (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP)DHCP and Dynamic DNS configurationRouter, firewall, and port forwarding setup (security systems context)Install server/client software and configure network switchesMaintain system updates and firmwareProject Close‐Out & DocumentationComplete commissioning and test reportsComplete deficiency and punch listsComplete work orders and redline documentationSupport system commissioning and client handoverTrain clients and end users on installed systemsProvide clear and accurate documentation to the management teamAd Hoc ResponsibilitiesProvide on‐site leadership, mentoring, and technical support to field staffAct as technical escalation point when requiredKnowledge, Skills,
