Quik’s Farm Ltd. is a wholesale cut flower grower based in Chilliwack, BC, with over 20 acres of indoor and an additional 35 acres of seasonal outdoor growing space. Quik’s Farm is geared towards the intense production of cut Chrysanthemums, Oriental Lilies, Alstroemeria, and other seasonal crops utilizing state-of-the-art growing systems and leading-edge technology to produce high-quality products for our diverse customer base throughout Western Canada and the Pacific Northwest USA. We are currently hiring a Nursery and Greenhouse Labourer.

Primary Responsibilities
- Harvesting flowers crops, fertilizing, pruning, bunching in preparation, and recording crop data.
- Working alongside production crews to fulfill daily production orders.
- Planting crops in greenhouses and fields.
- Sticking and planting indoor and outdoor soil beds and trays.
- General ongoing crop maintenance including pinching and thinning.
- Unloading, loading, storing, and maintaining crops and bulk seasonal greenery.
- Maintaining clean work areas and grounds, as well as growing, producing, and packing areas.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely. This position may require you to work on Saturdays and statutory holidays. There will be no Sunday work.
