and startup of automation equipment and assembly linesModify existing production equipment and develop new automation solutionsConfigure industrial communication networks (Ethernet/IP, EtherCAT, etc.)Develop or modify LabVIEW-based programs for automation systemsCollaborate with mechanical and electrical teams during design and implementationSupport equipment commissioning at customer sites and provide technical supportPrepare technical documentation including manuals, setup procedures, and schematicsDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance## **What We're Looking For:**Technical diploma or degree in Engineering Technology or equivalent experience5+ years of experience in an automation or controls environmentExpert knowledge of PLC programming (Omron NJ, Allen Bradley)Experience with robot programming (Fanuc, Yaskawa, KUKA)Robust understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systemsExperience with industrial controls, automation systems, and troubleshootingMust be able to train the first few weeks at our Ancaster facility with the eventual move to Mississauga.## **Bonus Points If You Have:**Experience with LabVIEW programming and applicationsKnowledge of SQL databases and related systemsExperience with electrical design tools (e.G., EPLAN)Experience in automotive manufacturing and IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 environments## **How to Apply:**Apply online at www.Johnsonelectric.Com - We can't wait to meet you!
