We are looking for a Financial Analyst to support the Controller in managing the financial operations of a manufacturing plant. This role plays a key part in month-end close, financial reporting, cost analysis, and strengthening financial processes, systems, and controls.ResponsibilitiesSupport timely and accurate month-end and quarter-end closeAnalyze manufacturing costs (materials, labor, variances, efficiencies)Monitor job costing and investigate cost variancesReconcile balance sheet accounts, bank accounts, and intercompany transactionsManage inventory analysis, cycle counts, and provisionsMaintain fixed assets, CAPEX, accruals, prepaid expenses, and payroll entriesPrepare financial reports, consolidation packages, and management analysisHandle sales tax reporting and audit supportIdentify and implement process improvementsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA an asset)5+ years of experience in financial analysis and month-end closeManufacturing environment experienceStrong Excel skills and ERP system experienceBilingual ( divisions outside Quebec)ProfileDetail-oriented, analytical,
