OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented Associate Underwriting Analyst (Term) to support the TPA underwriting team in preparation of client reviews. This role will focus on analyzing program performance, producing standardized reporting, and driving process improvements. The position aims to transition manual reporting processes toward automation and scalable solutions and may extend to a permanent role depending on business needs.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and deliver TPA program reviews, including performance summaries, loss trends, pricing adequacy, and key metrics.Aggregate and validate data from TPAs and internal systems to ensure data integrity and consistency.Produce recurring reports (every 3/6/10 months) to support portfolio monitoring and client discussions.Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for underwriting and leadership teams.Develop and maintain standardized templates and reporting tools to improve efficiency and consistency.Identify process gaps and partner with stakeholders to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.Support the design and implementation of automation solutions (e.G., dashboarding, automated data pipelines, report generation).Document existing reporting processes and contribute to the development of future‑state automated frameworks.Assist with ad hoc analyses, audits, and special projects related to TPA performance and underwriting strategy.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Actuarial Science, Data Analytics,
