The Public Guardian and Trustee Division is looking for a dedicated individual for the Deceased Estates Clerk role. This position involves administering estates for deceased clients under the guidance of The Public Guardian and Trustee Act. You’ll need to demonstrate excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently while ensuring compliance with various legislation.

Key Responsibilities: • Oversee estate administration for deceased clients • Interpret and apply relevant laws • Draft necessary correspondence for stakeholders • Collaborate with professionals in the community • Maintain a high degree of accuracy in records
