Our people are at the heart of the JD experience, from delivering exceptional customer service to creating premium store environments that bring the world's most authentic brands to life.Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and performance-driven Back of House Manager to lead all stockroom and back-of-house operations in a fast-paced, lifestyle and sports-inspired retail environment. This role is accountable for ensuring efficient product flow, inventory accuracy, e-commerce fulfillment, and operational excellence across all BOH activities.As a key member of the store's leadership team, you will lead and develop the BOH team while partnering closely with the Store Manager and Support Office to ensure company standards are consistently met. While Back of House operations are your primary focus, you will also be expected to support the sales floor and broader store team as needed to deliver an exceptional customer experience and respond to changing business priorities.You will thrive in a fast-moving environment, using strong decision-making, adaptability, and a high sense of urgency to respond to evolving business needs.Key ResponsibilitiesBack of House Leadership & Team DevelopmentLead, coach, and develop team members to deliver consistent, accurate, and efficient operational executionFoster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance team environment where employees are supported and encouraged to growProvide ongoing training, coaching, and feedback to build team capability and support individual developmentSupport the onboarding and training of new team membersLead by example and promote a culture of accountability, urgency, accuracy, and continuous improvementPartner with the Store Manager and broader Store Leadership team to align BOH priorities with overall business needsInventory & Stockroom OperationsTake ownership of all day-to-day Back of House and stockroom operationsEnsure inbound deliveries are received, processed, labeled,



and stored accurately and efficientlyMaintain a highly organized, clean, and logically structured stockroom to support efficient product flowPrepare and process outbound transfers in accordance with company standards and timelinesMonitor inventory accuracy and investigate discrepancies to identify root causes and reduce shrinkEnsure optimal stock availability to support sales and customer demandManage store supplies and ensure the team has the resources needed to support daily and weekly operationsE-Commerce & Operational ExcellenceOversee daily e-commerce fulfillment, including the accurate and timely picking, packing, and shipping of customer ordersEnsure BOH operational KPIs and performance targets are consistently achieved, including accuracy, productivity, fulfillment, inventory, and stockroom standardsMonitor operational performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and executionEnsure all BOH processes are executed in line with company policies, procedures, and operational standardsIdentify and implement solutions to improve operational efficiency, accuracy, and productivityDemonstrate a proactive and solutions-focused approach when responding to changing business needs and prioritiesMaintain strong attention to detail while managing multiple operational priorities in a fast-paced environmentStore Partnership & Customer SupportPartner with the Store Leadership team to support overall store performance and business prioritiesRemain flexible and comfortable stepping onto the sales floor to support customers, drive sales, and assist the team during peak periods or as business needs requireLead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and contribute to a seamless experience across both Front and Back of House operationsBalance Back of House priorities with the needs of the wider store, adapting quickly to changing customer and business demandsCommunication & Cross-Functional PartnershipCommunicate regularly with Customer Service, Support Office teams, and other retail locations through Slack, email,
