Job descriptionWe are looking for a Full time Shift Lead to join us in our Hillside Center location.Address: 1644 Hillside Ave #21, Victoria, BC V8T 2C5Responsibilities:Ensure compliance of all cash handling standards; ensure timely processing of the bank depositsProvide customer-focused service; welcome customers and resolve both employee and customer queries and complaints; ensure all team membersare upholding the customer service standardCarry keys and alarm codes; perform standardized opening and closing proceduresTrain, develop, and coach team members; ensure accountability and compliance of all membersEnsure all employees are compliant with company policies: operational, human resources, loss prevention, and health & safetyManage teams of up to 4 people at a time; delegate tasks and breaksPerform and supervise daily procedures, such as handling shipments, merchandising,



and cashier dutiesAct as a Store Manager when in lieu of a Store Manager on shiftOversee store cleanliness and maintenance as per company standard.Collaborate with management to organize and set up store promotions.Check and respond to store emails and complete assigned tasks and requests; maintain professional correspondence with respective departments.And any other duties as assignedQualifications:Minimum of High School GraduateEligible to work in CanadaFlexible work hours and timesSkills & Experience Required:Exceptional customer service skillsSelf-driven and motivatedEnergized and outgoingProactive and organizedExcellent communications and interpersonal skillsTeam playerExperience in Retail stores is an asset
