The successful candidate will have the chance to be part of an experienced kitchen team and work with exceptional seasonal products.SUMMARYThe Sushi Chef will manage and produce a premium sushi and Japanese raw bar program at Blue Water Cafe.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:(Other duties may be assigned asrequired)Develop creative, high quality menu items for sushi and raw bar programSupport the Executive Chef with recruitment, training,
