In this position, you will perform essential phlebotomy tasks, educate patients, and ensure strict adherence to safety procedures. We seek a dedicated professional with experience working autonomously while providing excellent service. You will work primarily on Wednesdays and Fridays each week.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct blood draws and lab procedures accurately
• Ensure accurate patient record maintenance
• Provide guidance on specimen handling and collection
• Prepare specimens for transport reliably
• Follow safety protocols, including OSHA and HIPAA compliance
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory
• Completion of a certified phlebotomy training program preferred
• At least one year of direct phlebotomy experience
• Valid driver’s license with dependable transportation
