The candidate will ensure efficient office operations, accurate procurement tracking, and smooth communication across teams.Major ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal staff, ensuring a courteous and professional front-desk experienceManage incoming calls, emails, mail, and courier deliveries with accuracyMaintain a clean, organized,
and welcoming reception area that reflects company standardsCoordinate office supply procurement and monitor inventory to support daily operationsAssist the Operations Manager with processing material orders and tracking deliveriesRequest, evaluate, and document vendor quotations for electrical components and equipmentMaintain and update vendor profiles, including contact details, pricing, and compliance recordsGenerate and process purchase orders; reconcile invoices and ensure timely payment trackingFile and organize purchasing and administrative documentation in accordance with company protocolsAssist in conducting routine warehouse inspections and report health and safety observationsMaintain and update the Health & Safety board with current policies, certifications, and noticesPerform data entry for safety records, incident logs, and compliance documentationSupport internal audits and assist with health and safety reporting requirementNew duties may be added to this description with proper explanation at any time.Skills and QualificationsPrevious experience working in an Administrative RoleResponsible and reliableAbility to multitask and prioritizeExcellent organizational skillsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalExcellent telephone mannerPolite and personableClerical and numerical accuracyGood team player, contributing to a pleasant and effective atmosphereWe offer a competitive salary, plus a full set of benefits, including:Flexible benefits program allowing you to choose from options that best fit you and your dependents' needs.
