We are looking for a storyteller who can help shape the narrative arc of our videos, refine pacing and tone through editorial craft, and bring ideas to life across a range of formats.We work as a close-knit team, collaborating with external agencies and cross-company creative partners. Our focus is on a consistent, impactful, and clear creative narrative. The Creative Core team is responsible for bringing our stories to life through video and narrative storytelling. Video is an essential part of how we connect to our audience—whether explaining a new product, capturing a customer story, or showcasing the craft behind our technology.This is a full time, hybrid role which will require you to work from our San Francisco office 3 days per week.Requirements2–3 years of relevant professional experience in video production or related fieldsExperience writing or co-writing scripts, outlines, and interview-based narrativesExperience with portfolio showcasing storytelling, pacing, and editorial craft across various formats and durationsExperience with AI-first video workflows (e.G.,



voice generation, script-to-video, captioning tools)Production experience: cameras, lighting, directing talent, or overseeing shootsExperience with DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut ProExperience with emerging technologies and curiosity to explore new formats and creative techniquesExperience working in collaborative, cross-functional creative teamsExperience with visual storytelling principles, sound design, pacing, and emotional resonanceExperience with Earth Observation dataFamiliarity with AI-driven tools and LLMsSome knowledge of GIS tools and/or platforms (i.E.
