and harvesting.Job RequirementsThe candidate should be fluent in English or French languages.There are no standard education requirements such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.Farm operations include corn farming, layer poultry farming, livestock combination farming, oilseed (except soybean) farming, and poultry and egg production.The candidate must work in an setting with a high concentration of odours.The candidate must be able to work in dusty and dirty conditions.Experience and specializationEquipment and machinery experienceThe candidate must have experience operating a farm truck, loader, tractor, manure spreader, and tillage equipmentArea of work experienceThe candidate must have work experience in harvesting field crops.Automated systems experienceThe candidate must have experience with automated systems, including an egg gathering system.
