The roleThis is a year-round, permanent part-time (15-25hrs/week) position based in Whistler with the flexibility of remote administrative work during the off-season. There is an opportunity to grow into a full time role as we continue to get busier. You will report to the Operations Manager and play a vital role in ensuring every adventure runs smoothly, from the first inquiry to the final high-five at the end of a trip.What you'll be doingGuest magic: Delivering exceptional service before, during, and after trips.The hub: Coordinating bookings, reservations, and guest communications.Field ops: Assisting with day-of guest check-in and operational coordination.Behind the scenes: Maintaining accurate administrative records and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.The extra mile: Contributing to sales, marketing, and exciting new business projects.Are you our next mountain pro?We're looking for an enthusiastic, adaptable problem-solver who:Loves the mountains and backcountry recreation.Is dependable,
