The role focuses on growing a profitable lease portfolio through smart credit controls, competitive pricing, and effective deal structures. You will collaborate with Sales and Pre-Owned teams, oversee credit adjudication, residual values, and portfolio performance, and drive client renewals and remarketing for long-term profitability.
