OPPORTUNITY Title: Coordinator, Partnerships Reports to: Manager, Partnerships Location: Golf Canada Head Office (Hybrid – in-office/work from home) Status: Full time Ideal Start Date: November 2nd, 2026 Salary Range: $48,000 - $53,000 per year The Coordinator, Partnerships is a motivated, detail-oriented self-starter supporting Golf Canada's Partnerships team across the organization's major properties and programs. Working closely with Partnerships team members and directly with partners, this individual will help execute and deliver on contracted partner assets and benefits, ranging from digital deliverables (social, email, website assets) to on-site experiential elements (hospitality, activations, signage) at events throughout the year. Day-to-day responsibilities will include supporting partner communications and relationship management, tracking asset delivery against contract commitments, assisting with event planning and on-site logistics, and helping ensure partner materials meet Golf Canada's brand and usage guidelines. This role is well-suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and wants hands-on exposure to how partnerships come to life across a national sports organization. PRIMARY DUTIES Partner Servicing & Delivery - 50% Work with the Partnerships team to deliver against partner assets and programs in line with their respective agreements, including: Prioritizing fulfillment and execution of partner activations and marketing campaigns for the RBC Canadian Open and CPKC Women's Open Administering and tracking all contractual partner deliverables. Ensuring timely, accurate fulfillment of all contract obligations Executing activation programs across Golf Canada properties, including but not limited to Marketing and Communications,



Professional Championships, Amateur Championships, and Sport Correspond directly with partners on agreement deliverables, brand approvals, event invitations, logo/asset collection, and other fulfillment needs Support on-site partner activation activities leading up to and throughout the RBC Canadian Open and CPKC Women's Open, as well as other events and programs as required Support on additional RBC Canadian Open and CPKC Women’s Open partner programs: Honorary Observer and Inside the Ropes: coordinate with the PGA TOUR and LPGA Tour to confirm program spots, and manage scheduling, registration, gifting, and on-site execution Closed Circuit TV (CCTV) program: liaise with the CCTV broadcast supplier to collect and deliver partner content for broadcast during RBCCO and CPKCWO Monday After Golf Experience: work with partners to confirm program spots and manage tee times, registration, food & beverage, gifting, and on-site execution Reporting, Insights & Asset Management - 30% Prepare partner fulfillment reports and establish reporting templates (i.E. gathering and populating metrics, results, photos, etc.): Create materials, proposal presentations, and key insight reports in support of year-end reporting and renewal conversations. Manage the completeness and accuracy of sponsor asset trackers, contact lists, budgets, and other fulfillment-related documentation Manage partner digital network inventory and fulfillment: Work with partner and/or partner agencies to obtain digital creative content Work with internal stakeholders to book, manage and execute digital assets Work with internal stakeholders and platforms to manage digital asset inventory Maintain positive working relationships with cross-departmental stakeholders and external vendors.
