Every item we pack and every box we ship is a chance to deliver on that promise.We are looking for organized and detail-oriented team players to help us get groceries out the door - fast, fresh, accurate, and on time.The RoleAs a Pick and Pack Associate, you'll be responsible for preparing customer orders with care, expediency and accuracy. You'll work on the front lines of our warehouse operations, ensuring that each order is packed correctly, safely, and according to our quality standards. You'll also help flag issues, track inventory, and keep our fulfillment process running smoothly.What You'll DoAccurately pick products based on daily order listsCarefully pack and label orders for deliveryInspect items for quality, freshness, and packaging integrityWork with the fulfillment team to meet daily order volume and timelinesWork in and out of refrigerated and frozen walk in fridges/freezersLift and carry heavy boxes (up to 50 lbs)Break down cardboard boxes and manage packaging waste (maintain clean working environment)Stay on your feet for extended periods during your shiftHelp maintain a clean, organized,
