We are currently recruiting for CNC Operators to join our production facility. This role involves the setup and operation of multi-axis CNC machines and EDM equipment, focusing on high-quality output and 5S principles. Candidates should have a certificate of qualification or equivalent experience, proficiency in Microsoft applications, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Base wage:$23.50 - $30.00 / hourWe have the following openings:Day Shift (1 opening) (Monday to Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm)2nd Shift (2 openings) (Monday to Friday 3:30pm – 12:00am) + $1 shift premium3rd Shift (1 opening) (Sunday to Friday 11:00pm-7:00am) + $1.50 shift premiumTypical Duties Include (but are not limited to):Interpret standard procedures and engineering drawings to determine machining requirements, dimensional specifications, operational sequences and setup requirementsSet-up and operate all CNC and EDM machines with minimal supervision while maintaining quality and safety standardsOperate a variety of 3 or 5 axis CNC milling and grinding machines with Fanuc and Heidenhaim based controlsVerify dimensions of parts and tools using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, Vernier's calipers, height gauges or other specialized measuring instrumentsTroubleshooting and diagnosing machine errorsPerform required PM checks daily as required and closely monitor machines for signs of problemsReport deviations from specifications and tolerances to supervisorMaintain inspection records and complete inspection reportsCommunicate with supervisors, engineers, production control, quality and other shop personnel for assignments and to resolve machining or quality issues. Providing technical advice to colleagues on processes, tolling and set upKeep machines and surrounding work space clean while maintaining a protected organized work environmentWithin the scope of the job requirements, will be required to adhere and comply with the Liburdi ISO Quality Program and procedures, Company policies,
