As a Manufacturing Technician, Finished Goods, you will play a critical role in completing the manufacturing process by preparing products and materials for our global customers. You will work collaboratively with other groups in Manufacturing and other departments to meet the demands of Canada's largest biotech company! Overtime and weekend shifts may be required based on business needs.Job DescriptionDuties and ResponsibilitiesFollow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, guidelines, and diagrams to ensure finished products meet established specifications, quality standards, and tolerance requirementsHandle raw materials, work-in-process materials, finished goods, and facility equipment safely and appropriately to support manufacturing activitiesPerform accurate Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)/SAP transactions to document and track manufacturing activities, materials, and production status while ensuring compliance with standardized process controlsMonitor equipment operation and identify process or equipment issues, escalating concerns as required to maintain product quality and production continuitySupport continuous improvement, 5S,

Selection decisions are solely based on job-related factors.The annual salary for this job ranges from:$47,300.00 - $62,700.00STEMCELL determines an individual's pay within the range based on multiple factors including experience, education, job-related skills, and equity within the team or organization. For jobs that are eligible for sales incentives, the range noted above is inclusive of target incentives; actual incentives are based on individual performance results in accordance with company policy. In addition to base salary, STEMCELL offers a comprehensive total rewards package including health benefits, retirement savings, and more.
