Shifts will be scheduled based on operational requirements, vacation coverage, sick leave coverage, and business needs.Position SummaryReporting to the Front Office Manager, the Casual Night Auditor is responsible for overseeing front desk operations during overnight hours while completing daily financial audit procedures and ensuring the safety and satisfaction of hotel guests.The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, manage guest requests and concerns, process reservations and payments, and complete the nightly accounting reconciliation for hotel operations.Key ResponsibilitiesGuest ServicesComplete guest check-ins and check-outs.Respond to guest inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional manner.Answer incoming telephone calls and direct inquiries appropriately.Process reservations and room changes.Monitor hotel security and guest access during overnight shifts.Work closely with Housekeeping, Maintenance,
