Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and check in members arriving at the club
• Answer calls and manage member appointments promptly
• Assist with fitness questions and provide guidance
• Conduct Fit-Fix Starter sessions for members
• Perform cleaning tasks to uphold club standards
Requirements:
• CPR-A & AED Certification necessary
• Must be Smart Tan certified within 3 months
• Proven customer service and interpersonal skills
• Effective communicator with sales experience
• Knowledgeable about fitness and wellness services
