Who You Are
- Certified (or working toward certification) Personal Trainer or Kinesiology graduate
- Passionate about helping others achieve results
- Positive, reliable, and coachable with strong communication skills
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct client interviews and fitness evaluations
- Demonstrate proper use of weight and cardio equipment
- Promote club services and actively market personal training
- Lead and participate in club programs, events, and staff meetingsMaintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle member concerns
- Recommend programming updates based on market trends
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of education in exercise science or a related field
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Nationally recognized certification (NSCA, CAN-FIT-PRO preferred; others considered)
- CPR, First Aid, AED certifications and Criminal Record Check (required within 60 days of hire)
- Ability to demonstrate proper equipment usage and work flexible hours
